June Jones gave rave reviews to last nght's talent show.
"It was the best ever," Jones said.
Only the seniors were excused from performing. The show featured skits and musical performances.
Earlier, this week, Jones brought in a hypnotist. Some players were brought on stage and, when a specific word was uttered, they would dance or do other stunts.
To be sure, no team bonds like the Warriors.

Even Colt Brennan is wondering when some of the stories are supposed to appear in the national media. That little blurb in Sports Illustrated doesn't count.
For the past three week, each of Brennan's Sundays have been filled with photo shoots and day-in-the-life stories. Brennan has remained upeat and cooperative. Once, a national magazine spent a couple of hours shooting photos of Brennan. It was decided the pictures weren't right, and Brennan had to spend a couple of hours the following weekend posing for the same magazine.
Brennan's reaction? He apologized to the local media for having to put up with the intrusion — a gesture that was unnecessary but typical of Brennan's thoughtful character.

A-House is my neighbor, but more importantly, he has become a great resident of this blog.
His dead-on observations make him the voice of reason and wisdom.
He also is a long-time Warrior fan, buying season tickets since LBJ's Administration.
Please meet A-House:
After reading all the impressive “bios” posted, I’m convinced that my neighbor, ST, made me post on Sunday since very few lurk on days without practice.
My daughter introduced me to this blog last September, and I’m glad she did as the individuals I have met so far are genuinely gifted individuals and great supporters of UH athletics, especially football!
I grew up in a small “pineapple” town on Kauai with 2 brothers and 3 sisters and many dogs, cats, chickens, pigs, cows, etc. Many happy hours were spent swimming in neighboring reservoirs, fishing and building canoes, etc. What stands apart from my other kid-time memories are the two fishing trips with my Dad to the island of Niihau. My father had befriended the Robinson family who granted us permission to land and camp overnight. As we approached land, the sand looked so clean, but they ”crunched” when I stepped on it; they were Niihau shells by the hundreds of thousands.
After graduating from UH with a BBA in Personnel & Industrial Relations, I enlisted in the Army with the purpose of securing the highest security clearance obtainable. Advanced Individual Training was spent at Fort Devens, MA, at the Army Security Agency School. Upon graduating, I discovered that USSR had a standing offer of 10,000 rupees reward for my knowledge. I graduated from Officer Candidate School at Fort Benning, GA, with a commission in Armor and completed “jump school” immediately thereafter. I retired as a Colonel after 27 years and 9 months in the regular Army and Army Reserve. My most memorable post was in Bangladesh in 1991 where I saw how residents in a “third world” country existed.
I have been married for 37 years to a very special person and we are blessed with a wonderful daughter and son. I'm still trying to improve as a husband and father. Spent the past 39 years in the insurance industry. Completed the Honolulu Marathon in 3 hours 52 minutes and 48 seconds at age 42 and finished the Windward Marathon two years later in 3 hours 30 minutes and 25 seconds.
We have been football season ticket holders since 1968 and attended every game since then. At one time, we had season tickets for UH football, baseball, men’s/women’s volleyball, and men’s basketball.
Family vacations have taken us to all the major Hawaiian Islands; sports trip to the Pro Football Hall of Fame (Canton), Baseball Hall of Fame (Cooperstown), and the Field of Dreams in Dyersville, Iowa; Far East; California; East Coast (including Canada) and Las Vegas.
