<description>I just received an e-mail from a reader who, after reading my latest restaurant review on Beachhouse at the Moana Surfrider, was moved to email me zagat.com's funny list of statements that people have made in their reviews of restaurants.
The restaurant authority publishes a running list of the short-and-sweet statements that it calls the "Outtake of the Week."
Here's the list that was sent to me. (Thanks Dan!) Find more here.

The service is like a bad high school play: warm, well-meaning and completely inept.
I don't tip if I get groped.
I thought I was looking at an oil painting when suddenly it moved &#8211; it was my waitress.
Foam is not the solution.
The flagship of a fleet that needs an overhaul.
I&#8217;m pretty sure I ate cow&#8217;s udders and liked them.
The special occasion place for people with bad taste.
If only the spectacular view could fill one's stomach.
Form over flavor.
The only way the tables could be closer together would be to stack them.

<description>A couple of new(ish) sites are making things easier (or maybe just cooler) to get your entertainment fix via your computer.

The advertisement-driven hulu.com is a video download site that legally allows users to download movies and television episodes. Like an entire episode of my favorite new show New Amsterdam. Seriously. Here's proof:

At muxtape.com, you can make your own virtual mixtapes and share them with world. It's not much different from Finetune, but some might find it more user friendly. And some might find it illegal, though it's not entirely clear whether user are actually breaking the law. Use at your own risk!

	<description>Nine Inch Nails
[Industrial rock]

You&#8217;ll like Nine Inch Nails if you like: Coil, Einst&#252;rzende Neubauten, Severed Heads

Listen to: The new instrumental album Ghosts I&#8211;IV

Like Radiohead did with its In Rainbows album, Nine Inch Nails&#8217; first release Ghosts I&#8211;IV online in different digital formats. The album was made to be shared freely, but Reznor took things a step further by allowing anyone to alter the tracks and giving them the tools to do so. Many of the tracks sound like they need a vocal track, which means you can add your own, karaoke style.

Trent Reznor explains the vision of the album:

HNLnow.com, a new arts-and-entertainment website officially launched this weekend with a party at Pearl.
The website is, according to its creators, radio personality Maleko and Kevin Cotton, an easy-to-use resource tool for locals and tourists looking for ways to spend their time, as well as for promoters looking for a venue to publicize their events.
The website features local listings in each of the following categories: art, concerts, clubs, sports and special events.
The site isn't super easy on the eyes (for those for whom prettiness is a factor), but if it's as user-friendly as the creators say it is (and it seems to be), then they've certainly found a niche that was in desperate need of being filled. Check it out and see what you think.
